✨ Advent Series with Sound & Source - On the 18th we'll wrap up our weekly Sound & Source Advent Series with a guided mediation focused on the LOVE that only our Creator can give. Through the immersive, healing tones and vibrations from crystal singing bowls allow your body, mind, and spirit to relax, replenish, and renew. This season is all about family, love, and giving, but it also can also come paired with stress and/or sadness. Our Sound & Source sessions help you let go and reset. The guided meditations and soul soothing "music" create a space of deep, restorative relaxation.
