About the event
✨ Advent Series with Sound & Source - Each week our guided mediation will be Advent focused. The immersive, healing tones and vibrations from crystal singing bowls allow you to relax in peaceful rejuvenation. This season is all about family, love, and giving, but it also can also come paired with stress and/or sadness. Our Sound & Source sessions help you let go and reset. The guided meditations and soul soothing "music" create a space of deep, restorative relaxation.
