This month, our Sound Bath will focus on "Letting Go of Anxiety, Stress and Worry" - a perfect opportunity to recharge your mind, body, and spirit. Immerse yourself in a tranquil atmosphere filled with the soothing sounds and harmonious vibrations of crystal singing bowls.
No experience is necessary, and all are welcome to come and experience the healing power of sound. Feel free to bring along a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that will help you feel comfortable as you lie down, or sit back, and let the sounds wash over you (two zero gravity chairs are available by first request).
