About the event
How has your Summer been? Leisurely and full of fun? All work and lots of frustration? Maybe somewhere in the middle? Whatever the answer, I hear you're "needing" the relaxing atmosphere of a sound bath. It's true.
While my Summer has been full of a range of activity, I too am in great need of a dimly lit room, of gently letting my body melt onto a comfy floor mat, blanket, or chair, of closing my eyes, clearing my mind, and letting the healing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls cover my body in waves of regeneration.
This Thursday, July 31st, at 11am there will be a pop-up Sound Bath at Casting Hope Therapy Group in Middleburg Hts., Ohio. There is a $35 registration due by midnight on Wednesday. Limited tickets available - Register today!
