Our upcoming Sound Bath will take us deep into the light of November. The longer nights and darker mornings provide a perfect, slow time to recall, with gratitude, those who have contributed to our lives, those with us today and the ancestors who have gone on before us. It's a time to renew old acquaintances and prepare for the brighter days to follow.
