On October 20th our Sound Bath will focus on Relaxing and Letting Go. Like Autumn leaves, it is good for us to release old ways and ready ourselves for the rest and renewal to come.  Many spiritual traditions use this season to reflect on the year, review mistakes, and recommit to intentions.  Join us for an hour dedicated to your self-care.
