Healing Through Sound @ Casting Hope

Our next Sound Bath will be on September 22nd, Autumnal Equinox.  What does that mean for us, how does it affect our energy?  Autumn is a time of transformation in nature, and this can also affect us internally.  Many spiritual traditions use this season to reflect on the year, review mistakes, and recommit to intentions.  The power of Sound, as well as meditation can help people restore and rebalance, and become more aware of what their bodies need.  The Equinox symbolizes the balance between light and dark, which can also be a metaphor for our lives and spiritual journeys.  During our Sound Bath we'll incorporate a short meditation to help us with that balance.  After a long Summer of busy activities, perhaps burning our candles at both ends, let's take some time to reflect and prepare for the slowing down times to come, for cozy days.....and times of going within.
