On October 13th at 6pm, MJM Vintage Market will hold an Autumn Wellness Sound Bath w/Meditation. We will focus on Relaxing and Letting Go. Like Autumn leaves, it is good for us to release old ways and ready ourselves for the rest and renewal to come. Many spiritual traditions use this season to reflect on the year and recommit to intentions. Join us for a relaxing, stress-free moment in time dedicated to your self-care.
